We move our food trailer to various spots throughout the region, adjusting our schedule based on private events, weather, and seasons. Our mission is simple: fresh, hot, and crunchy churros that kids and adults alike adore. You can find us dipping our treats in chocolate and sprinkles or tossing filled churros in cinnamon sugar at no extra cost. For those seeking something more substantial, our Churro Split replaces bananas with two churros, one cinnamon-sugar tossed, one chocolate-dipped, topped with whipped cream. We also offer Churro Bites, originally created from leftover dough, and full catering services for private parties where we handle everything from special flavor requests to decorations. Our bilingual staff, including our teenager Adrianna, ensures excellent service for all customers, whether they are Spanish-speaking locals or mountain visitors. We do not operate seven days a week, giving us time off just like you, and we currently schedule catering dates up to thirty days in advance. Gift cards are available for the holidays, and we accept credit cards at our stops.
