Clear Fork Cider

Clear Fork Cider produces dry, crisp ciders using heirloom apples from small farmers in Colorado and beyond. The cider is fully fermented and aged for at least 5 to 8 months to create a naturally balanced flavor. The company currently offers tastings at two locations in Paonia, with plans to open a tasting room at their farm between Hotchkiss and Paonia in the future.
