Family-owned and operated since 1982, Crested Butte Sports stands as a central hub for ski and snowboard rentals, tuning, and retail in Mount Crested Butte. Our shop carries equipment and apparel from brands such as Blizzard and Nitro, while our cafe serves espresso and breakfast burritos to keep riders fueled. We offer bike repairs, rentals, and tuning, with a team of experienced mechanics and boot fitters ready to help. Pat Rauch, our seasoned veteran, has been with the shop since 1992 and brings over thirty years of bike mechanic and ski tuning expertise. Danny Spencer, who joined in 2002, is an expert ski tuner and bike mechanic who manages ordering and supplies. Connor Sample has been with us since 2017, specializing in custom boot fitting, and Kole Hill, who joined in 2015, brings extensive boot fitting certifications. Rent an Orbea or Transition bike for the trails, buy a new bike at the end of the season, or get your ski gear tuned. Our team has over sixty years of combined experience to ensure you have the best setup for dirt or snow.
