Taryn Brooks and Patric Matysiewski launched Cruise Control Kitchen and Cellar in 2021, bringing the spirit of Chicago to Grand Junction’s 555 Colorado Ave. location. We operate as the city’s original fast-casual wine bar, where friends and family gather for approachable, nostalgic dishes and craft beverages in a relaxed Western Colorado setting. The name honors our first-born son, Milo Cru, representing our family’s Grand Cru in the world of dining. Our menu features elevated classics that blend the flavors of the Windy City with the local Million Dollar Breeze. Guests can enjoy a curated selection of wines, cocktails, and beers, including full-strength and non-alcoholic options, alongside eats designed to take home. We welcome you to dine in or host private events, offering a diverse menu that caters to various tastes. Our establishment is wheelchair accessible and provides ample parking for your convenience. Daily operations run from 12 pm to 9 pm Monday through Thursday, extending until 10 pm on Friday and Saturday, with Sunday service starting at 1 pm.
