Established in 2010 in Dillon, Designs with Altitude relocated to Historic Downtown Fruita in 2017, bringing its screen-printing heritage to the edge where the mountains meet the desert. The shop sits on the northwest corner of The Circle at 119 E Aspen Ave, offering a curated selection of nature-inspired apparel and souvenirs that reflect Colorado’s outdoor culture. Owner Toni manages the retail floor, providing on-site items and local points of interest, while the business continues its custom apparel services for local businesses and events, including logo designs and high-quality shirts. The company acquired Diane Designs, a screen printing business founded in 1984, adding decades of printing expertise to their current operations. Beyond the brick-and-mortar gift boutique, Designs with Altitude sells handcrafted goods at The Palisade Market every Sunday from June through October and fulfills online orders through their website and an Etsy shop. The retail space features a curated selection of unique trinkets, while the team offers thoughtful, creative, and colorful custom designs for clients seeking high-quality apparel.
