This daily rhythm ensures only the first hundred customers receive a pie, baked in a wood-fired oven with attention to detail. Signature selections include the Neanderthal with pepperoni, bacon, and sausage; The Samoan with chipotle and pineapple; and the Gatherer, which features crimini mushrooms and walnut pesto. A build-your-own cheese option allows guests to start with the hand-thrown crust and house-made sauce.
