Dos Gringos Burritos

Our all-day coffee bar, Café Olé, serves only organic coffee and espresso alongside a wild variety of international flavors. We have been celebrating 25 years in Carbondale, offering dine-in and take-out options with fabulous views of Mt. Sopris. Our menu features burritos, sandwiches, tacos, salads, smoothies, and frozen coffee drinks, with many items available as tofu-based options. We buy local and organic ingredients when we can, supporting farms in Paonia and other operations within 100 miles of our shop. Our green verde chicken enchiladas, flautas, and 1lb breakfast burritos are customer favorites. We also offer an outdoor seating area and a rewards program where you earn one point for every dollar spent. Our staff maintains a list of all past and current employees on the wall, recognizing their contributions to our family-oriented atmosphere.
