Eat A Bite Food Truck

A converted 1988 Pace Arrow RV brings breakfast tacos and burgers to Silverton’s streets. We are Brandy, a former 7th grade science teacher, and my husband John. Our menu highlights include the fried green tomato sandwich, sweet potato fries, and our signature green chile burger. Customers often praise the melty cheese over fried egg and fresh hot bacon on our breakfast tacos, as well as the flavorful beef patties served on excellent buns. We operate multiple food trucks and travel to various festivals throughout the season, but you can find us serving huge portions of hot, fresh fries and friendly service right here in town. We accept credit cards and offer wheelchair accessible parking for all visitors.
