Eepa's Pizzeria

Eepa’s Pizzeria is a wood-fired brick oven food trailer in Bayfield, CO, named after the owner’s child who called pizza 'eepa' when he was little. We serve personal size 10” pizzas made on a traditional house crust that is hand-made in-house daily and undergoes a two-day ferment. Gluten-free and dairy-free options are available alongside specialty pizzas and build-your-own choices. Our menu also includes sandwiches, salads, beer, and 16” take-and-bakes with limited supply. We prioritize good food over fast food, so items are made fresh by hand and baked on bricks by the fire, which means wait times can exceed an hour during peak Thursday through Saturday evenings. Indoor and outdoor seating is available with a limited bar, and we do not offer reservations. Large groups should contact us at least two days in advance for scheduled pickups.
