FlexRec

FlexRec is a fitness facility offering advanced functional fitness classes and training equipment. The facility features a range of equipment, including a state-of-the-art training rig, row machines, and assault air bikes, as well as group fitness rooms and a program room for meetings and classes. Members can participate in high-intensity, strength, and agility-based classes, and the facility also partners with Movement Medicine to offer rehabilitation and re-conditioning services.
