Jenna Young, our General Manager with a doctorate in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics, applies her scientific expertise to every vodka, gin, and agave spirit we produce. Her background ensures the quality of our housemade liqueurs, fresh syrups, and tonics, which form the backbone of a bar menu featuring simple classics alongside her signature gin creations. We source aquifer-fed water for its purity, allowing our fermentation science to shine through in spirits that are as smooth as they are memorable.
