Our traditional wood-fired brick oven is the only way we cook here in Silverton, Colorado, turning out homemade pizzas, paninis, and other dishes using the freshest ingredients available. As a small craft brewery located at 9,318 feet in the San Juan Mountains, we brew our own beer on premises to pair with that wood-fired food. Our tap list features distinct brews like our Flagship Kathouse Kolsch served with fresh blackberry, the velvety Gneiss Oatmeal Stout, and the hoppy Blind Load IPA. We maintain affordable prices while keeping a clean environment and offering gluten-free and nut-free selections for the whole family. Open seven days a week from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, we serve as the local neighborhood hangout on the block, welcoming everyone from outdoor enthusiasts to those just looking for a great meal.
