Kelly I. McKinnis bought out the Gunnison branch of a property management and real estate sales office in October 2004, renaming it Gunnison Real Estate & Rentals. We operate as a dual-service firm in Gunnison, offering both property sales and property management under one roof. Our team helps clients buy and sell properties while also handling the details of managing rental properties to maximize returns for investors. Kelly, a Colorado native who moved to the area in 1991 after attending Western State College, brings extensive local expertise. She served on the Gunnison County Housing Authority Advisory Board for 18 years and was named Realtor of the Year in 2008. AJ Mani, our Associate Broker, joined us in January 2018 after spending years in banking and hotel management. Erin Barrett serves as our Office Manager, bringing deep roots in the valley since childhood.
