Since its founding by river enthusiasts, the downtown Salida spot has served as a gathering place for cold drinks, craft cocktails, and food that goes beyond standard bar fare. Head chef Marky drives the kitchen, which opens at 11 am daily and closes at 9 pm on weekdays and Sundays, extending to 10 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Lead bartender Jaden curates the drink list, while live music fills the air every Friday and Saturday at 7 pm. Sunday evenings offer no-cover entertainment alongside sports viewing via Sunday Ticket. Happy hours run Monday through Friday from 3 to 5 pm, with additional evening specials Monday through Thursday until midnight. The venue also features a rewards program for loyal guests and hosts private events, all under the stewardship of new owners Hallie Whittington and Johnny Shepard, who took over in September 2024 to maintain the venue's fun, fresh spirit.
