This Grand Junction establishment has evolved from those early days into a destination for exceptionally sippable spirits and carefully crafted cocktails. The menu features Deep Temerity Red Wheat Vodka, Majestic Twelve American Gin, Trooper Traverse Barrel Aged Gin, Pieces of Eight Pineapple Rum, and Oryeon American Rye Whiskey. Guests can order these bottles or try the house signature, the Whipped Painkiller, served on draft at the unique Yurt Bar.
