Our kitchen on North Townsend Avenue in Montrose specializes in authentic Nepali and Indian cuisine, delivering flavors that reflect deep culinary traditions revived for the Western Slope. We serve a diverse array of dishes, from aromatic basmati rice preparations like biryani, seasoned with our secret spice blends of nuts and raisins, to tender meats flash-roasted in our tandoori oven. The menu highlights include saag made with spinach and cream, vindaloo with its unique spicy and sour tang, and korma finished with coconut flakes and raisins. Guests can choose from proteins such as chicken, lamb, shrimp, salmon, tofu, or paneer, our house-made cheese. We also prepare traditional Nepalese favorites like mo-mo dumplings and daal. Beyond the dining room, we provide a lunch buffet and take-out options, with limited to-go service available from 8:00 to 8:30 PM. Our full bar features white and red wines, imported and domestic beers, and non-alcoholic beverages including yogurt-based lassi, chai, and coffee.
