David Berkson brings over 20,000 hours of therapeutic experience to Aspen through Inner Awareness Bodywork. A former Olympic ski team candidate and University of Colorado Boulder kinesiology graduate, he blends eastern and western modalities to address neck pain, sciatica, sports injuries, and scoliosis. His practice centers on myofascial release therapy, which manipulates fascia, tendons, and ligaments to unlock joint pain, alongside meridian therapy that restores neurological energy flow. Clients seeking structural integration or neuromuscular treatment find relief from herniated discs and pulled muscles through his active release techniques. Beyond standard massage, the studio offers Reiki, Quantum Touch, Chakra Balancing, and Breathwork for deeper restoration. Berkson’s unique approach includes providing stretches and exercises for home practice, ensuring lasting results.
