Louie’s Pizza has anchored Paonia’s food scene since 2005, specializing in New York Style pies and hearty subs. We craft every pizza with housemade tomato sauce and premium mozzarella, offering distinct choices like the Swami, which piles on pepperoni, sausage, ground beef, red onion, green peppers, mushrooms, and black olives. For those preferring oil-based flavors, the Aglio Pollo combines roasted garlic, olive oil sauce, garlic chicken, artichoke hearts, and red onion. Our menu extends to hot subs, including a housemade meatball option with marinara and mozzarella, as well as fresh salads like the Mediterranean blend featuring spinach, feta, artichoke hearts, tomato, olives, and red onion. Guests can enjoy family-friendly dining downstairs or head up to The Loft for a beer and wine bar experience. We also host a Summer Happy Hour on our outside garden patio, with take out and dine-in service available year-round.
