Maison de Terre - Yellow Room

Yellow plaster walls and an earth floor define the signature Yellow Room, where guests sleep beneath a king-size bed in this artisan-built adobe house. Situated on the southern slope of the Grand Mesa just north of Cedaredge, our home sits at 7,000 feet with views spanning three mountain ranges and dark night skies. The adjacent Blue Room offers a queen-size bed and shares a bathroom with the Yellow Room, providing extra space for groups. Each stay includes a superb home-cooked breakfast served either in the room or in our common Library. We welcome all travelers and their pets to this unique lodging experience.
