Our 11-room inn sits directly along the San Miguel River in Telluride, offering guests easy access to Town Park and the river trail for walking or biking. Several of our rooms feature small balconies that open up to the relaxing sounds of the river, providing a quiet retreat just steps from downtown. We are ideally positioned for ski season, with Lift 8 and the free Gondola within a short walk, making it simple to reach the Telluride Ski Resort. Sledding, snow biking, and ice skating are also nearby. As owners of Alpine Lodging, the longest-standing locally owned vacation rental company in Telluride since 1996, we bring decades of local expertise to your stay. We manage properties across Telluride and Mountain Village, ensuring you have a home base for exploring the region's rich history and outdoor adventures. Our rental options include standard hotel rooms, kitchenette rooms, and premium rooms to suit different group sizes and preferences. While we ended our breakfast service as of summer 2026 due to staffing challenges, we remain committed to delivering comfortable, warm lodging and fantastic service in an unbeatable location.
