As the MICHELIN Guide Recommended flagship restaurant of owner and executive chef Mawa McQueen, we bring her international heritage to every plate using locally sourced, organic ingredients. Chef McQueen, a 2022 James Beard Award semifinalist and Colorado Governor's Minority Business Award Winner, curates imaginative dishes that honor both Mediterranean and African roots. You will find us in the Aspen Airport Business Center, conveniently close to downtown and Snowmass Village yet off the beaten path. Inside our cozy dining room, colorful art pieces reflect Mawa’s roots while showcasing local artists, and you can relax on our shady, scenic patio from late spring to early fall. Our full-service bar offers house-made juices and curated wines, complementing our breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch offerings. We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, low-salt, and diabetic-friendly diets with ease. Beyond our walls, we provide off-site catering, private chef services, and bespoke in-flight dining for private aircraft out of Aspen Airport.
