Mesa County Libraries Clifton Branch

The Mesa County Libraries Clifton Branch stands as a modern, airy hub for the town of Clifton, offering more than just shelves of books. This relatively new facility features a welcoming fireplace area with tables, ample study rooms available for free reservation, and dedicated spaces where children can learn and play. Patrons appreciate the friendly, accommodating staff who assist with everything from renewing library cards to printing documents. The collection spans books and media, supported by access to online resources and the 970West Digital Collection. Beyond lending materials, the branch actively engages the community through author readings, poetry contests, and local history exhibits. It also preserves regional narratives through oral history projects that document the experiences of local residents, making it a key destination for both casual readers and those researching genealogy.
