Our family-owned Thai restaurant in Basalt serves home-style cooking rooted in traditional ingredients from Thailand. We specialize in takeout, with menu prices reflecting those orders. Our starters feature duck crispy spring rolls, chicken satay with peanut sauce and Thai pickled cucumbers, fresh shrimp spring rolls, papaya salad, crispy chicken wings, and crispy cheese wontons. For later in the day, we offer pork shumai, veggie dumplings, and duck or pork belly bao buns after 4:30 pm. Soups like Tom Yum shrimp or chicken/tofu provide mild spice with coconut milk, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes. Noodle dishes include Chicken Khao Soi, Tom Yum noodles with pork, noodle and beef bowls, Pad Thai, and Drunken Noodle. All our curries are gluten-free and made with 100% coconut milk, allowing you to mix proteins like chicken, beef, shrimp, or duck with vegetables such as bamboo, broccoli, bell peppers, and fresh basil. We also provide gluten-free options across many dishes.
