Purchasing Red Lady Realty, Crested Butte’s oldest real estate company, in 2015 marked a pivotal moment for our agency. We merged with Coldwell Banker Bighorn Realty in September 2018 to create a distinct force in local real estate. As managing broker and owner, I guide clients through buying and selling properties with a focus on timely information that leads to the highest prices. My team holds certifications including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB). We assist clients with appointments, offering free consultations to ensure smooth and stress-free transactions. Our office supports agents through coaching and education, while I remain active in the Gunnison Crested Butte, Colorado, and National Associations of Realtors. We advocate for private property rights and create opportunities for homeownership in the mountains.
