Montrose Botanic Gardens

The Montrose Botanic Gardens serve as an educational resource and inspiration for local residents, showcasing plant species adapted to the high desert climate of western Colorado. The gardens are developed and maintained by the Montrose Botanical Society, a group formed in 1995 with the goal of creating a botanic garden for the city. The gardens feature various plant displays and are planning to add a Children's Discovery Garden in the future.
