Montrose County Treasurer

The Montrose County Treasurer's Office is responsible for collecting property taxes and distributing the tax money to taxing authorities. This office also handles foreclosures and releases of deeds of trust through the Public Trustee. The office provides online services, including the ability to search property tax information, print receipts and statements, and pay bills online.
