Our Montrose Rotary Amphitheater stands ready to host your next gathering, offering three distinct usage levels tailored to the scale of your occasion. Intimate concerts fit perfectly within our Stage Only option, while full-scale festivals thrive in the space with a Vendor Area. The City of Montrose supplies electricity and garbage cans, while we handle the installation of temporary fencing upon request. For larger productions, our stage features specific load points accessible by JLG or Genie 2632 lifts, ensuring your sound and lighting equipment can be installed smoothly. We also offer free advertising for your event on VisitMontrose.com/Events, helping you reach the local community. Reserving our space is straightforward: simply submit an application and use agreement at least 60 days before your event, with a deposit of 50 percent confirming your booking. We require general liability insurance, a city sales tax license, and a list of participating vendors to be on file two weeks prior to the date. A final walk-through within seven days of your event ensures everything is in place, and we provide an access code if applicable. You are responsible for sound and light equipment, security, portable toilets, and pathway lighting, allowing you to customize the experience to your exact needs.
