Mountain Berry Bowls Fruita

A dairy-free smoothie base topped with signature gluten-free granola defines the menu at Mountain Berry Bowls Fruita, a food truck stationed at 111 N. Park Square. Married partners Jared and Lindley Lynch launched the concept in June 2015 after a surf trip inspired them to serve healthier, more substantial options than typical smoothie shops. The truck offers distinct creations like the Bangin’ Bowl, featuring strawberry, banana, blueberry, kiwi, coconut, bee pollen, and honey, alongside the Mojoe with blueberry and almond butter. Other options include the Kokopelli, the Mt. Garfield, and the simple Unc, which contains only banana and honey. Customers can build their own orders using the "Do It Yo’self" method or order the large "Smash Life" all-fruit bowl. All bowls are available in small (16oz) and large (32oz) sizes, with additional superfood toppings such as cacao nibs, goji berries, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and fresh mango or raspberries.
