Mountain Moon Yoga

Mountain Moon Yoga has served Grand County since 2002 from an upstairs courtyard at Winter Park Station, situated on the southwest corner of US Highway 40 and Vasquez Road. The studio offers yoga and fitness classes, workshops, private sessions, retreats, and teacher training in person, outdoors, and online. Small, intimate classes accommodate all levels and body types with knowledgeable instructors. The location also functions as a retail shop selling yoga props, accessories, logo shirts, and Young Living Essential Oils. Mobile classes are available at clients' workplaces or for groups of any size, maintaining a focus on stress reduction, flexibility, and physical rehabilitation.
