Established in 2018 by Christina and Joseph Ramos, our family-owned restaurant in Rifle serves breakfast and lunch with portions that are consistently huge. We start the day with eggs, pancakes, waffles, and omelets, moving through lunch with sandwiches, burgers, and specialty plates. Our green chili is a staple here; you will find it smothered on everything from tacos to steaks. The menu features chicken fried steak, chorizo, and the Chef's Garden salad with bacon, avocado, turkey, ham, cucumber, and tomatoes. We also serve breakfast burritos, huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, and French toast. Prices range from $2.99 for a single egg to $17.95 for our larger specialty dishes.
