Celebrating two decades as Palisade’s first luxury boutique inn, our 116-year-old landmark property sits directly on the Fruit & Wine Byway. We are an adults-only, non-smoking establishment that blends historic charm with modern comfort. Each of our rooms features private ensuite baths, plush pillow-top mattresses, and high-thread-count linens. Guests often choose our room with the clawfoot soaking tub or one of our canopy bed options, while others prefer the warmth of a fireplace. For those seeking extra space, we offer a two-room cottage suite.

Our signature homemade breakfast is served on our expansive wraparound front porch, where guests can watch bikes and horse-drawn carriages pass by. We prepare hearty meals using locally sourced ingredients, including herbs and tomatoes from our own garden, along with fresh Palisade peaches when they are in season. We accommodate most special dietary needs, including vegetarian and gluten-free options.

Beyond our doors, we provide a private courtyard with a bubbling water fountain, flowering vine-covered walls, and a European-style clothing-optional spa. A private guest-only stairway decorated with vintage pin-up art leads down to this serene space. Our location places you within walking distance of local wineries, Palisade Brewing Company, Peach Street Distillers, and art galleries. We are also situated next to a peach orchard and fruit stand. For event-goers, we are on the shuttle bus route for Colorado Mountain Winefest, Peachfest, and the Palisade Bluegrass Festival.
