Paradise Bakery & Cafe

Famous for our cookies since 1976, Paradise Bakery & Cafe has been a true Aspen institution for nearly five decades. We take pride in preparing and baking our cookies and muffins from scratch every day in our kitchen, offering nine varieties including gluten-free options like the Blue Cookie Muncher and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Our homemade gelato has become famous both in town and beyond, with flavors ranging from Alpine Strawberry and Birthday Cake to Dubai Chocolate and Cappuccino Toffee Crunch. We also serve sorbetto options including chocolate, lemon, mango, mixed berries, and blood orange. In addition to our baked goods and frozen treats, we offer a variety of coffee drinks, fresh-squeezed lemonade made from an old family recipe, and other beverages, making us a popular destination for breakfast and snacks. We open at 6:30 am with a full array of freshly baked goodies from the oven, paired with a light or dark roast coffee or espresso. Our menu includes croissants, brownies, bars, and homemade gelato and sorbetto. We are open daily from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm.
