Established in 1996, Pie-Zan's has served authentic New York-style pizza to Gunnison for nearly three decades. Sage Houle now leads the family-run business, continuing the legacy started by his parents, Janice and Todd Houle, after they managed the pizzeria for eleven years. Our kitchen focuses on thin, crispy crusts and fresh, wholesome ingredients to craft classic New York-style pies alongside a diverse menu of pasta dishes, calzones, strombolis, wings, and salads. We prepare each item with care, ensuring the pasta is cooked to al dente perfection and the calzones are oozing with melted cheese and favorite fillings. Our wings are seasoned and crispy, while our salads offer a lighter, refreshing balance to the meal. Craving a classic pepperoni pie or exploring variety of toppings like roasted red pepper and black olive, guests enjoy a culinary adventure that caters to all tastes. We welcome you to dine in or take out, enjoying a culinary adventure that satisfies every craving. Our hours are Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, Tuesday and Wednesday are closed, and Sunday hours are from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
