Built in 1919 and remodeled to retain its original industrial materials, Ramblebine Brewing Company occupies the corner of 5th Street and Colorado Avenue in downtown Grand Junction. The brewery’s core philosophy centers on exploring new ideas while sticking to roots, resulting in a frequently changing tap list that balances light and fruit-forward options with richer malt and hop profiles. Signature offerings include Demberries, a blueberry sour loaded with 420 pounds of fruit; Bango Tango, a mango and passion fruit sour; and the creamy Nitro Stout Guinness. Other notable pours feature Scoop There It Is, a milk stout with cocoa nibs and strawberry, and the barrel-aged 2026 Curse of the Valley. Patrons can enjoy these beers on tap or take them home in four-packs and 32-ounce crowlers.
