Roaring Fork Custom Billiards

Owner Greg Gimbel has spent the last twenty-five years transforming standing dead trees and urban salvaged wood into heirloom-quality billiard tables. What began as a dare has evolved into a full-service custom shop where clients dictate every detail of the design. We craft pool tables, shuffleboards, poker tables, ping pong tables, dart boards, and foosball tables using a wide variety of woods and accessories. Sustainability is central to our process; most materials come from standing dead trees or urban salvaged sources, while cabinet-grade items are sourced from FSC Certified companies. Each table is built to be the focal point of a room, whether it serves as a commercial resort game room or an executive-style home parlor. Beyond billiards, we design and build beds in all shapes and sizes, including log beds, slab beds, bunk beds, and platform beds. Our accessory packages include ball racks, cue racks, balls, chalk, sticks, and brushes, ensuring a complete setup. For those seeking comfort beyond the game table, we also construct ergonomic rocking chairs that are free of pressure points.
