Seven generations of the Webb family have turned a 1965 herd of dairy cows into the only artisan cheese plant on Colorado’s Western Slope. Rocking W Cheese & Milk began in Olathe as a family dairy operation and evolved in 2008 to open a dedicated farm store, allowing us to share our fresh milk and hand-crafted cheeses with locals and visitors alike. Every variety of cheese is produced in small batches, with herbs and spices added at the precise moment to ensure peak flavor. We take pride in offering affordable prices and a milk discount punch card to our regular customers. While our roots are in Olathe, our products now travel well beyond the valley, available in stores throughout the region.
