Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre

Michael Querio has guided more than 100 productions to the stage since arriving in Grand County as a pianist for Nunsense in 1995. The theatre’s current home, a complex opened in 2011 following a $5.2 million capital campaign, serves as the backdrop for this long-running artistic endeavor. Beyond the main stage, the organization sustains its mission through Youth Theatre Workshops that began in 1998. These programs, designed for participants over 13, evolved from the original workshop into a Teen Theatre Workshop in 2001 for dance and vocal instruction, and a Music Theatre Workshop in 2003. The Rep supports these educational efforts by awarding two Judith and Skelly Warren Scholarships annually to local graduating seniors. To ensure accessibility for all audiences, the venue offers wheelchair accessible seating, audio assistance devices, and large print playbills, which patrons can obtain through the box office or gift shop.
