Since 2015, Root & Flower has served as a Vail Village staple, blending the polish of a great bar with the easygoing vibe that defines this mountain town. We operate as a modern bar offering over 20 wines by the glass, ranging from classic selections like Val de Mer Crémant de Bourgogne to adventurous finds such as Kobal Hazole Belo Orange Wine. Our eclectic list extends into a deep reserve by the bottle or glass, featuring labels like 2024 Solomon Undof Kremstal Grüner Veltliner and Sandlands Lodi Red Blend.
