We distill our own whiskey, bourbon, and specialty spirits right here in the newly renovated second-floor lounge of Montrose Regional Airport. Our grain-to-glass operation produces award-winning spirits, including bold Blue Corn Bourbon and American Single Malt, which shine in handcrafted cocktails alongside rotating draft beers. The kitchen prepares elevated, approachable food designed to pair perfectly with what’s in your glass. Guests frequently order the chicken potstickers, the chicken bacon ranch wrap with avocado ranch, and roasted red pepper hummus. We offer a warm, welcoming setting inspired by the American West for dinner, après ski cocktails, or a local whiskey tasting. Our space is wheelchair accessible with parking available and accepts credit cards, making it easy to relax and unwind before or after your flight.
