Bob and Cecily Marolf discovered the artistry of wood-fired pizza and brought that passion to Grand Junction, opening Smokin' Oak Wood-Fired Pizza at the intersection of Highway 6 and 50 near the Grand Mesa Shopping Center. Our 10-inch individual pies bake quickly in our signature oven, delivering hot, fresh slices to a spacious dining room and an outdoor patio. We pride ourselves on using fresh ingredients, including local Palisade Peaches and Olathe Sweet Corn when in season, to craft unique specialty pizzas. The menu highlights include the San Marino with goat cheese, prosciutto, and fresh spinach; the Smokey Dokey featuring BBQ sauce, applewood bacon, and cilantro; and the Buffalo Chicken topped with banana peppers and scratch-made raspberry sauce. Other favorites like the Classic, Greek, and Italian Stallion offer a range of flavors for every palate. We serve local wines, ciders, and craft beer alongside our pizzas, creating a fun and energetic atmosphere for diners.
