Since opening in the summer of 1992, Splendido at the Chateau has defined fine dining in Beaver Creek. Chef-Owner Brian Ackerman took the helm in 016 after Chef David Walford’s 21-year tenure, bringing training from the Culinary Institute of America and experience under notable national chefs to this posh lodge. We serve choice New American fare in an idyllic setting beside Beaver Creek Mountain, where live piano music accompanies exquisite service.
