Our lavender buds transform into pure, undiluted essential oils and hydrosols right here on-site at our Mediterranean-themed estate in Palisade. We grow every plant we use, ensuring that our hundred-plus product innovations, from custom essential oil blends and salves to handcrafted soy candles and soaps, are made exclusively from our own harvest. Visitors can wander through our gift shop filled with local artwork, pottery, and artisan goods before heading to the Taste of Tuscany room. There, you can sample gourmet flavor-infused balsamic vinegars, olive oils, pastas, award-winning cheeses, and locally harvested honey. From mid-June through late July, the fields open for U-Pick lavender harvesting. We provide the scissors, baskets, and rubber bands you need to create your own dried bundles, whether targeting the early-blooming true lavenders or the July lavandins best suited for sachets. Come stop by for a culinary tasting or to fill your own jars with our signature oils.
