Our 7-barrel brewing system churns out approximately 90 gallons of beer per batch, delivering a rotating lineup that spans Belgian-style ales, coffee stouts, and both East and West Coast IPAs. As Keystone's only craft brewery, we balance these handcrafted brews with freshly roasted coffee and a menu of breakfast and apres food fare. Owners Justin and Elissa, who have deep roots in Colorado's corporate and public service sectors, opened Steep to fill a local niche for quality handcrafted beverages. Head Brewer Mike, who joined the team in 2020 as bar manager before transitioning to brewing in 2021, ensures our flagship beers remain on tap while we experiment with new recipes. We operate two distinct spaces: a gateway location in Keystone where Justin often shares his roasting expertise, and a second spot in River Run Village. Our mission centers on creating a welcoming environment for locals and visitors to enjoy their drinks before or after skiing, biking, or camping in the area.
