Stoneyard Distillery

Our still sits on a 4,000-year-old lava flow in Dotsero, where we draw pure Rocky Mountain water from the river to craft beet sugar vodka. We built the distillery from scratch starting in December 2013, and by August 2014, we were running our first batch of spirits. The name comes from the old stone yard that once surrounded the site, now a place where hand-built equipment refines our spirits using unique lava rock packing. We produce bold flavors like horchata, orange ginger, cinnamon, and pickle shot, alongside our Jim’s Gin and barrel reserve options. Visitors can taste our creations at our Glenwood Springs tasting room on Grand Avenue, which features a pool table and a lively atmosphere, or find our products at liquor stores across Colorado.
