Stronghouse Brew Pub

Our 1892 stone walls and original 1880s mahogany bar anchor the Stronghouse Brew Pub in downtown Telluride. We restored this historic warehouse over two years, preserving the antique 2-story lift that still stands in the center of our brew hall. As a USAToday Top 5 Brewpub, we serve craft beer on tap and a full bar alongside lunch and dinner menus. Guests often start with our Bavarian-style pretzels served with beer-cheese dip, or dive into combo plates like the Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich on a toasted Kaiser roll with housemade pickles. Our Alpine Mac & Cheese features a signature toasted pretzel dust topping, while the Revelation Grain Bowl offers organic red quinoa, hard-boiled eggs, and seasonal garnishes. We also offer daily après specials from 2-5pm, making our space a favorite gathering spot for unwinding after the slopes. Diners choose from warm Italian Beef Sandwiches with braised ribeye or classic BLF.G.T. on Texas toast, every dish crafted to complement our house beers.
