Megan Ossola’s Telluride favorite serves organic, local, and homemade food all day long from its counter-service spot at 201 E Colorado Ave. We feature handmade breads and artisan pastries alongside fresh salads composed of local greens, fruit, and vegetables. Our menu highlights locally sourced and house-roasted meats, handmade sausages, sustainably harvested fish, and cheeses, all prepared using local organic eggs and milk from nearby dairies. Our full bar showcases Colorado breweries on tap, locally crafted small-batch spirits, and an assortment of organic and biodynamic wines. We offer dine-in and carry-out options with indoor seating and outdoor heaters, plus a backyard bonfire pit for year-round comfort. Bypassing the line is easy with our online ordering system for pick-up, though swinging by remains a quick and friendly experience. We use only compostable and recyclable packaging and even operate a communal composting trailer for locals, which gets dumped at our farm in Montrose. Open Monday through Saturday from 7 am to 8 pm, and Sunday for brunch from 8 am to 2 pm, we are a locally owned, operated, and loved bakery and café.
