The towering A-frame ceiling and tongue-and-groove wood of our Glenwood Springs chapel create a quiet sanctuary just off the main drag at 409 29th Street. This building has stood as a spiritual anchor for families for decades, with some members tracing their roots here back fifty years. Each Sunday, we gather for two hours of worship divided into sacrament meeting and various classes. During sacrament meeting, members sing hymns, offer prayers, and listen to talks delivered by congregants before partaking of the sacrament. Meanwhile, children as young as eighteen months and adults attend lessons focused on specific scriptures, fostering a shared journey toward becoming more Christlike. It is a place to step away from the fast-paced rhythm of daily life on the Western Slope and reconnect with faith and family.
