Years of smoking meat for friends and hosting gatherings with satisfied appetites led us to launch our barbecue food truck in Gypsum. We serve smoked meats to local residents and visitors, operating out of a mobile kitchen equipped with parking and wheelchair accessibility. Our distinctive slogan, 'I got Nailed at The Full Belly,' stems from our son’s unique way of saying he is full; he never says 'stuffed' or 'full,' always opting for 'nailed.' We accept credit cards and are ready to satisfy your hunger with our signature barbecue offerings.
