Family-owned winemaker Ben Adan and his team cultivate regeneratively farmed vineyards in Southwest Colorado and Utah to produce small-scale wines focused on classic French varietals. Their minimal approach, which involves never spraying and hand-harvesting grapes trellised for quality over quantity, results in highly sought-after bottles that grace the wine lists of Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury resorts. The Palisade tasting room serves as a welcoming hub for this fellowship, featuring a bar and food options alongside the retail wine selection. Ben’s background includes an Oenology degree from The University of Adelaide and pioneering work in canned and kegged wine trends, while Juan Adan has overseen local vineyards since the 1990s. Karo, with over twenty years of hospitality experience, manages the tasting room operations and retail space.
