Built in 1880 by Sherwin and Houghton, our Silverton dining room offers a memorable meal in one of the town's most historic locations. Hosts Paul and Sharon Zimmerman welcome you to a menu defined by bold flavors and generous portions. Start with Buffalo wings tossed in traditional sauce and served with Blue Cheese dressing, or dive into the Toasted Ravioli Salad featuring breaded cheese raviolis over mixed greens with garlic and herb vinaigrette. For a heavier appetizer, the Chili Cheese Fries and Sweet Potato Fries provide satisfying sides. The salad bar includes the Garden Salad with walnuts and cheddar, the Mango Garden Salad with orange ginger vinaigrette, and the Quinoa Salad with artichoke hearts and feta. Main courses feature the Kobe Burger with a half-pound of 100% Kobe ground beef, the Au Poivre Burger topped with bacon and blue cheese, and the Steak & Cheese Sub with prime rib and mozzarella on a homemade hoagie roll. Vegetarians can enjoy the Portobello Mushroom Melt or the California BLT with avocado. We also serve the Reuben, BBQ Cheddar Chicken, and the Buffalo Chicken Wrap.
